The Kenosha Yacht Club Foundation was incorporated in the Fall of 2022, when the Kenosha Yacht Club board decided to form a non-profit organization compatible with the values and goals of the Kenosha Yacht Club, its members and the Kenosha community.

In the Spring of 2023, the KYC Foundation received approval form the IRS as a 501(c)3 non-profit. In our first year, we are making great gains in accomplishing our non-profit purpose.

The purpose of the KYC Foundation is to provide the outreach, education, training, support and resources necessary to engage youth and adults in boating and other activities on and around the water, including water safety, conservation, and non-traditional participants in boating activities.
