Partnering with the Alliance of the Great Lakes, the Kenosha Yacht Club Foundation sponsors a Simmons Island Beach Cleanup every spring.

The Kenosha Yacht Club Foundation granted $500 to the Indian Trial HS DECA club to help fund a water safety kiosk featuring water safety information in English and Spanish. It’s located near the circle between the water plant and the pier.
The Kenosha Yacht Foundation was proud to support Miss North Point 2025 - Makara Heiny, by providing 24 life jackets to Makara as she broke the Worlds Record for the largest message using PFDs, with over 500 PFDs.
The Kenosha Yacht Foundation granted $250 to provide local libraries with water safety books, such as Stewie the Duck Learns to Swim. The books target young readers with emphasis on learning to swim and water safety. The Foundation, along with the Kenosha Water Safety Coalition, occasionally sponser reading sessions at local libraries.
The Kenosha Yacht Club Foundation, along with the Hartley Youth Sailing Scholarship Fund and the Kenosha Yacht Club hosted the Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha at the club for fun games on the dock, lunch and a sail in the afternoon. Everyone had a great time.
